Reliable Polysorbate 20

"Been using this for more than 15 years. A must have to incorporate fragrance to body butter and lotion."

Best Ever

"Tried many other brands. Mixed according to their recomemndations with essential oils and water. After about a month product was starting to separate. With WSSP product after 6 months, no separation. And that is awesome."

"Muy buen precio."

Great emulsifier!

"I use Polysorbate 20 to emulsify my bug sprays and it does a great job!"

Felicia (5/5)

As a 1st Time user. . .

"As a 1st time user of this product, I must say, I enjoyed the results of the products I incorporated it into; room sprays, lotions and CP & CPOP soap. The scent (FO &/or EO) really seemed 'fixed"" into the products. Even after three weeks of use in my cp & cpop soaps, the scents still remain. Thanks for a reasonably priced product that does the job of binding scents into products."

Liz (5/5)

Works!

"I make body sprays and was tired of the oil floating to the top. This is the perfect solution. . . I use it 1:1 and I've never had any issues or problems with it."

Christen (5/5)

Great Product!

"This is absolutely WONDERFUL! It makes it so easy to incorporate oil and water bases! I have never experienced an issue when I use the Poly."

Janelle (5/5)

It's a solubiliser, plain and simple.

"If you want to add something to your shampoo that disables cloudiness and thin foam from rising to the top, add a few milliliters of this baby into it. I buy tons of it."

Eli (5/5)

Great

"A must have for everyone's supplies while making shampoo, creams or anything with added oil ingredients! I use as a 1:1 ratio. It has no smell and just helps. Bind oil based ingredients when using a water base products. I use this all the time. It is priced really well, expecially compared to other sites! Will order again and again and again."

What is the difference between polysorb 20 and 80?
The difference between Poly 20 and Poly 80 is Poly 20 is used To solubilize fragrance oil into water based products. Final product is cloudy. while Poly80 is To solubilize heavier oils (such as fixed, vegetable and base oils) into water based products. Final product is cloudy.
Hello, I am new to this, I want to make a lathering shave butter, oil based. Doing my research I think I'll need to add an emulsifier, but what's the difference between polysorbate 20, 60, and 80? Thank you
Polysorbate 20 is for adding fragrance (lighter oils) to a water based products. As the Polysorbate number gets higher the heavier the oil.

These are different chemicals.
When making a perfume using a perfumers alcohol or sugar cane alcohol, would it be best to use Poly 20 or the EO/FO modifier?
Unfortunately we do not have experience with those bases, so we cannot make a suggestion.
