New Packaging is Horrible

"The change if packaging of the goat milk soap bases is a terrible idea. Due to no covering on the top of the base, debris such dirt and bugs has been on the top layer. I love this base and WSP, please just put a plastic cover or cardboard over it."

Q&A

Why when I received my 23 lb block of premium goat milk soap base mp ,there was over an inch of spongy layer with bubbles in on the surface? Bit weird. Do I trim this layer off or not ?
Those are air bubbles from our manufacturing process -- some batches have them. They will dissipate when you melt the soap base.
How do I cut the big hard blocks to melt a small amount? Also, does it sweat a lot?
You can use a soap cutter to cut small amounts, Our premium bases have the least amount of sweating.
What oils are used to make this base?
You can find our ingredient list under the Directions & Ingredients tab on the product page. No oils are used in this formula.
Is there a maximum heat when melting this base? Is there a recommended heating temperature?
We recommend not heating to more than 140 degrees.
does this soap contain less water?
Our Premium bases do contain less water than our Detergent Free and Basic MP soap bases.
