Question About Candle Use

"I was wondering whether these were safe to use in candles and noticed one other crafter asked the question in 2017 to which the answer was, ""we do not sell candle wax so we could not test, and therefore, do not know. However, you DO now sell candle wax and I am wondering the same thing. I've used this in makeup before (lipstick & balm to be exact) and it is so heavy that it interferes with the hardening of the wax and sinks to the bottom of more liquid mixtures. It has also caused a few of my projects to be grainy because of the weight of it. I therefore, would avoid in make up."

Is this fragrance supposed to be black? I am using it in my HP soap and I used with real pumpkin and it changed the color. How can I make my soap orange with this fragrance being black?
