Use In Simple CP Soap Design

"Smells nice in the bottle but the scent lightens up substantially but that could also be because I was shorted in the amount. I read another review mentioning WSP now does it by volume instead of weight so my 4 oz FO only gave me 3. 31oz when I needed at least 4 oz for the 2 loaves' perhaps the scent would've come through better had I had more. This accelerates - not seizing up kind but yes if you're trying to do a swirl. Used 3 colors - divided them equally to keep it simple & let's just say I ended up spooning it in the box & I soap between 80-85 degrees though I understand there are other factors to consider. It wasn't an easy FO is all. Smells great for MP or if doing a simple CP where you had enough fragrance. I don't feel WPS is a bargain when considering how much you're getting in the bottle. Will stick with others for FO."

"This is one of my favorite scent profiles! It does turn the soap an odd color but it will be just fine when it's through the saponification process. I have used it on sugar scrubs and body butter and my peeps just love it!"

"I've just used this scent in a custom CP soap and I'm hoping that the bright green it has turned my blue soap will go back to how it was supposed to look, because as of now, this soap is a waste of time and ingredients. It also accelerated, which added to the frustration"

"I love the smell of this one! It's more salt water than mermaid but still works well for what I was wanting to do. It accelerated really quickly so had to change my drop swirl into a hanger swirl, but still came out cute! I soaped at about 95 degrees so it could've been me"

Ricing & Acceleration in Cold Process Soap

"The smell is AMAZING. I used this to make cold-process soap and there was a moderate amount of ricing that occurred pretty immediately. And the batter did get hot and firm pretty quickly. So definitely acceleration. I should have read the reviews so I could adjust my soap design slightly but overall great scent."

That's what I did. It's not listed which is why I asked with that wording. When you look at the usage rates which category do I use for bath products, it's not listed for salts and bombs. "Lip" doesn't cover it because they use that term for lip products specifically. Items that are made for use in salts and bombs say 0% lips. So I'm still needing am answer to the original question, thanks

You should follow the Soap IFRA usage rate to determine the safety levels for bath bombs and salts.

The IFRA category that refers to bath salts and bath bombs is category 9. Soap is also category 9, which means you can follow the same IFRA usage rate when using products that are being added to bath water. The lip IFRA should not play a factor into your calculations because these products do not apply.
