A Very Under Apreciated Butter

"I had never heard of Sal Butter before I came across it here. I did some research on it and decided to give it a try. I'm so glad I did. This butter is a wonderful addition to my lotions, creams, and lotion bars. It adds a nice element to the skin feel and the texture of my products. It has become a staple in a few of my formulas. It is easy to incorporate and adds a lot of benefits to creams and lotions."

"This butter is perfect for lotion bars, just like it says in the description. It readily accepts fragrance and although I like leaving the natural color since it is so light I'm sure adding mica would work great too. I plan on making this a staple in my lotion bar recipe."

"This is a lovely butter! Nice light scent and consistency, harder than shea but melts in very nicely. This might be my new favorite! Have only used it in soap so far, but it would be great as a moisturizer in whipped body butter or lotion bars as well."
