Directions

Base can be heated slightly until warm to best incorporate fragrance oil. Recommended fragrance load is 1-2%. More than this may thin product. Certain fragrances may cloud or separate so testing should be done to insure product performs as desired. Fragrance may need to be mixed with FO/EO Modifier if separates from base.

"I love how bubbly this shower gel is. I have made some shower gels with EO and some with FO. I like the EO better in it. It seems to hold the smell better. And you don't have to use as much EO as FO. Thanks WSP great product!"

perfection in a bottle!!

"I've tried two other shower gel bases and after one day they separated and were to thin. NOT THIS ONE!! When I first poured from the jug I was amazed at the thickness of the gel. I dropped just a few drops of f. o. and it took perfectly! I also added a tiny bit of pearlizer and BAM I had better shower gel than (you know the large bath stores). Guess what, No separating!! I showered with my fabulous gel tonight and I smell heavenly and just a few drops on my towel washed me from head to toe. Excellent cleansing and lather. Please never get rid of this gel."

Natural scent is hard to mask

"I like this shower gel, but the natural scent straight out of the bucket is difficult to mask, without exceeding the recommend usage of fragrance oil. Then, if you add more fragrance oil, the product is extremely thin; causing you to have to add a significant amount of bubble wash thickener."

Luscious Creamy Lather

"I used the crafters choice shower gel to make shower gel to put in gift baskets for Christmas, I also kept a little bit for myself. It lathered up so nice and creamy, and it was so easy to do I just added some perfume fragrance oil and crafters choice stained liquid color and they turned out beautiful. For anyone making bath products for sale, I recommend this product. It made it so easy to complete my bath sets using the shower gel base."

Q&A

We are adding 12 ounces of the Baccarat Rogue 540* to a 5 gallon bucket so 640 ounces of the shower gel, and it is turning to basically water/soupy. The max fragrance additive is 2% so that would be 12.8 ounces of fragrance we could add before anything changed the viscosity of the product. Can we please get some help here?: Hi, Some Fragrance oils will thin out the bases, I advise to add bubble wash thickener to your base and that should resolved the issue for you.
Can I use liquid crothix to thicken this base, and if so, how much? Also, I have a fragrance oil from you guys, spiced cranberry, that says I can add 0.70 percent, and I was wondering how much that is if my base is 100 grams?: As we do not sell crothix we have not tested this.
Is this shower gel paraben-free? It seems to be listed as such but then has Methylparaben listed as an ingredient. Please clarify. Thanks.: This product is not paraben free.
What is the flash point for heating so I will not dilute any preservatives?: The maximum heating temperature for this product is 120 degrees.
Why is this product on sale if it's not in stock seems unfair when everyone is trying to get their hands on it and a sale is always good to get a good product.: Our apologies this product was out of stock due to an ingredient shortage. But it now available for purchase on our website.
