Simply Fresh is a powerful, alcohol-free spray base that neutralizes tough odors at the source—no masking, just clean, lasting freshness. Formulated with Soya Morpholinium Ethosulfate, it works at the molecular level to eliminate odors from pets, smoke, bathrooms, cooking, and more.
Perfect for use at home, in the office, or on the go, it also refreshes linens, towels, and clothing with a gentle conditioning agent. The water-based formula is ready to customize with your favorite solubilized fragrance or essential oils.
Create your own signature scent by adding solubilized fragrance or essential oils. Whether floral, fresh, or cozy, this base is the perfect blank canvas for DIY sprays.

Directions:
POUR: Begin with Simply Fresh Odor Neutralizer Spray Base at room temperature. You can pour the base into a separate mixing container or work directly in the gallon jug.
ADD: To fragrance your base, add up to 1% total fragrance load. Be sure to pre-mix your fragrance or essential oils with a solubilizer such as Polysorbate 20 before adding them to the base. Start with a 1:1 ratio of solubilizer to fragrance; however, some oils may require up to a 5:1 ratio depending on their solubility. Always conduct a small batch test first, as adding more solubilizer after the fragrance is already in the base will not resolve separation issues. If using a fragrance containing vanillin, add a vanilla stabilizer to help slow the natural discoloration process.
Colorant is not recommended for this base.
If you’d like to include additives, such as botanical extracts, vitamins, or antioxidants, mix them in at this stage. Be sure not to exceed recommended usage levels.
MIX: Stir gently and thoroughly until the mixture is completely homogeneous. This can be done with a spatula for small batches or by carefully mixing in the gallon container. Avoid vigorous shaking to minimize bubbles and preserve the integrity of the formula.
PACKAGE: Once the mixture is fully blended and uniform, transfer it into spray bottles or your preferred packaging. Be sure to use clean, dry containers and label appropriately for end use.

COMMENTS: This stuff is amazing and it works! My customers and I both love it. It is easy to incorporate fragrances into the base and there is never an issue with clogged sprayers.
I've never tried the other room & linen base from EBB so I don't have a comparison, but I love this stuff so much that I just don't see myself buying anything else.

COMMENTS: Just got the free sample bottle and put in the Lavender Apple Oak scent. Had a client use it in the bathroom at work and loved the smell. She said would be a great spray for "smelly bathrooms". Will be buying more. Love that it lasts longer than using an alcohol base.
