"I didn't like it as much as I hoped I would. Alone, it smells too nutty and masculine for me. However, I mixed it half and half with Peppercorn Fragrane oil and WOW- that combination is fantastic."

Soap accelerated to a rock in seconds of blending

"The fragrance itself smells beautiful - however, I was unable to even use the soap because it accelerated so fast. I have never had that happen before. Recipe was the same, room temperature the same so I'm assuming it had to be the fragrance. Bummer because it smelled really good."

"This is a great fall/winter scent. It invokes a warm homey feeling. It is not overly spicy or overly vanilla. The vanilla offers a sweetness that the chestnut needs and it rounds out the nutmeg and clove so that the scent does not come across like pumpkin pie. This is a nice change from some spice based scents typical of fall and winter. This is very warm and inviting."

"Not sure what happened, but i can't smell this in my soap at all. . . i blended it with cashmere cream, at 6% FO it was 1. 9 oz cashmere cream and 9. 44 oz of spiced chestnut, however all i can smell in my soap is a very faint cashmere cream and zero chestnut. . . hopefully it will come through as that was 15 lbs of soap. . ."

As stated on our website, this is similar to William Sonoma. *Compare our fragrance to Spiced Chestnut® by William Sonoma.
When did this scent become phthalate free? I don't know where to view when changed with your scents. Thanks ahead.
All Crafter's Choice fragrance oils have been phthalate free for at least 10 years.
The FO jar for the Spiced Chestnut says it contains vanilla, but I don't see a vanilla percentage in the website info. Could you please provide a % for me? :) Thank you!
