Spiced Chestnut Fragrance Oil smells like roasted chestnuts warmed with spiced berry, nutmeg, clove and warm vanilla sugar.

Cold Process Soap Test Results:

We test fragrances with the recipe of 50% olive oil, 20% sunflower oil,
15% coconut 76, 10% shea butter, 5% castor. No water discount.

COMMENTS: I didn't like it as much as I hoped I would. Alone, it smells too nutty and masculine for me. However, I mixed it half and half with Peppercorn Fragrane oil and WOW- that combination is fantastic.

	"Soap accelerated to a rock in seconds of blending"
COMMENTS: The fragrance itself smells beautiful - however, I was unable to even use the soap because it accelerated so fast. I have never had that happen before. Recipe was the same, room temperature the same so I'm assuming it had to be the fragrance. Bummer because it smelled really good.

COMMENTS: Not sure what happened, but i can't smell this in my soap at all... i blended it with cashmere cream, at 6% FO it was 1.9 oz cashmere cream and 9.44 oz of spiced chestnut, however all i can smell in my soap is a very faint cashmere cream and zero chestnut... hopefully it will come through as that was 15 lbs of soap...

"AMAZING blended with... "

COMMENTS: I had just enough "Cinnamon & Amber" FO left (also Crafters Choice) to make a blend, so I wanted to do something special with it. Wasn't quite sure what to blend it with though, so I sampled it next to straight patchouli first. That smelled awesome, but literally identical to "Witches Brew", which I love, but already have on-hand. Alone, THIS fragrance smells DELICIOUS; an exact representation of sweet-roasted, nutty, cozy-warm, spiced chestnuts! When I sampled it next to "Cinnamon & Amber" though (@ 50/50), WOWEE!! Now THAT'S what I call pure autumn magic! Both FO's complimented each other so well, if sparks could fly, they would have! In CP, this blend is sensational! I made pointed layers (A gorgeous design created by Tree Marie!), and everything performed perfectly; no ricing, no acceleration. Using super pigmented colors (black, deep plum, warm sienna, deep golden-honey), the only color to be darkened a bit by any discoloration was the honey-gold, but I was hoping that would happen anyway. Darkened just enough to bring out more of the deep gold tones. At 2 weeks cured, the scent is still AMAZING & going strong! If you're looking for an outstanding fall scent that smells like autumnal HEAVEN, try this wonderful FO mixed with "Cinnamon & Amber" FO... It's DIVINE! You're welcome & I love you too LOL!

COMMENTS: Love the scent. Its so warm and wonderful, just like Williams Sonoma's Spiced Chestnut. Used it in HP soap. 2 oz / 3 lb batch. Did not accelerate at all! Did not discolor either. Will use it again and again! Highly Recommend for a lovely Fall, M/F fragrance.

"Very nice"

COMMENTS: This is a great fall/winter scent. It invokes a warm homey feeling. It is not overly spicy or overly vanilla. The vanilla offers a sweetness that the chestnut needs and it rounds out the nutmeg and clove so that the scent does not come across like pumpkin pie. This is a nice change from some spice based scents typical of fall and winter. This is very warm and inviting.
