| COMMENTS: The notes I have for this FO state that after about a month, the vanilla scent was all but gone. It had a fabulous vanilla scent after cutting, but slowly just fizzled away. If I order this again, I would for sure use a little bit more, and also try to anchor it with some clay to counteract the fading. I made a batch of test products with this fragrance and they smell good enough time eat!!!! It does have a medium-high amount of vanilla though so I recommend a color stabilizer. | COMMENTS: This is the perfect vanilla for soap making and cream making.It's sweet and vanilla-ee. I love mixing with this. I purchased a small one, but now I will be buying the big one because I use it a lot for my FO combinations. I can be so creative with this FO when making my skincare products. Also, I was surprised, but it did not turn my soaps very dark as vanilla is known to discolor soaps. My vanilla soaps came out bright with a little titanium dioxide (from WSS) added.I would like a stronger scent but nevertheless,I absolutely love this FO. | |||||||

| COMMENTS: I used this in a cold process batch and it didn't have much scent so I quickly added a little more vanilla before pouring it in the mold. At cutting 24 hours later, it still didn't have a very strong scent. I'm hoping it will have more scent when used. It stayed cream colored but has darkened a great deal as it cures which is fine as I love the look of it! Maybe I'll give it another go in a hot process batch to see if it would retain the scent better. | |||||||

| COMMENTS: This is the first vanilla scent I tried so I can't compare it with any of the others yet. I really like this scent though - I feel it's a good vanilla scent that pleases most. I used it alone in cp soap and also in lotion bars and then made a Blackberry-Vanilla lotion and Vanilla-Blackberry soap by combining it with Fresh picked Blackberry. Both the soap and lotion were extremely popular. I'm very satisfied with this scent and will purchase it again, especially for the price. | |

| COMMENTS: I've found the other reviewers to be true to the point on this particular fragrance-- it's not vanilla extract or a true vanilla bean, but it's a very clean vanilla that behaves in soap (it discolors as expected) and blends exceptionally with other fragrances/essential oils. "A must-have basic!" | ||||||
| COMMENTS: I am a huge vanilla lover and I have to admit that, even though I appreciate a nice buttery caramel kind of vanilla, a soft floral heliotrope-like vanilla or a very clean powdery kind of vanilla, I have always been looking for a really nice, but neutral version of this beautiful fragrance. And after trying this fragrance oil, I was finally satisfied. This vanilla is creamy and soft yet not buttery or candy-like, it's sweet and strong yet not heady or overwhelming. To me, it smells like a very nude and simple vanilla, but it doesn't really smell like a bottle of vanilla extract, it has a little more depth, it feels smoother without smelling like cream. It doesn't really smell like a vanilla pod so I can't say that it smells natural, but although it smells synthetic, it doesn't feel wrong. My best description of it would be an idealized vanilla note designed especially for blending in perfumery. With that being said, I think that this is a great fragrance that everybody should at least try. I wouldn't use it by itself because I feel like it lacks character, but it's absolutely wonderful as a very versatile blender. My only regret with this one is that I accidentally spilled about a third of the bottle on the floor and it was a pain to clean afterwards. | |||||||
