Reviews

Smells wonderful, but caused issues

"I purchased this fragrance for a very basic cold process recipe. Unfortunately, the fragrance oil, while smelling quite lovely, caused acceleration. This led to loss of design, which ultimately led to rebatching the soap for personal use. Sadly, I can not recommend this oil for that use, though it may work well for other purposes."

Warm and Inviting

"I have a lot of trouble with vanillas fading in CP soap. I used this in a batch of re-melt and it smells strong and delicious."

Vanilla Hazelnut Fragrance Oil

"I love the smell of this! It does not have a synthetic smell at all. It smells like grandmas bakery so sweet and captivating. A little goes a long way so you will have plenty. It almost brings me to tears with joy of how good it smells."

Reminds me of Hazelnut Latte

"This one is fantastic! The smell is warm and inviting, very sweet with a hint of the hazelnut. It reminded me very much of a hot hazelnut latte on a fall day."

Not My Favorite

"This one behaved perfectly in CP Soap, but did not sell well at all."

Smells yummy!

"This was used in a coffee sugar scrub. The smell is warm and delicious and I've been told by several people that it smells good enough to eat. This was my first purchase of Fragrance oil from WSP. It will not be my last."

Charlaine (5/5)

Absolutely delicious!

"I've been looking for a long time for a fragrance like this. It smells divine, and it behaves well in everything I've made with it. My vanilla hazelnut scrubs are a best seller, my cp soaps are always popular, as are my body butters. This is a wonderful, year-round fragrance. I highly recommend it."

Q&A

Can I use this in candle wax?
Yes, this can be used in candle wax.
Is this considered 100% percent Natural?
This fragrance oil is not natural.
I am trying to make more natural products so used vanilla EO and Hazelnut extract in a recipe instead of the FO. It smells lovely too. My issue is trying to edit the label. The site does not show the ingredients for this FO, so I can remove those items from my label ingredients. Can you please provide? Thank you
Our fragrance oils are a proprietary blend and should have previously been labeled as 'Fragrance' on your ingredients list. That 'fragrance' ingredient will now be removed and the natural ingredients will be listed.
Is this fragrance Oil supposed to have some sort of sediment at the bottom? Its almost crystal like/shard like. It smells fine (great actually) but I would like to know if it is normal before I use it in my soap.
During the winter months, fragrances that contain vanilla will crystalize at the bottom of the fragrance bottles. This fragrance has 6% vanilla. The fragrance is fine and ok to use. You will not lose any scent due to it. In order to dissolve them, you would need to sit your fragrance bottle in warm water for about 20-30 mins. Shake the bottle and if you still see crystals, repeat until they are dissolved completely.
My customer is allergic to tree nuts. Does the Vanilla Hazelnut FO actually contain any hazelnut?
This Fragrance Oil does not contain actual Hazelnut.
