Hello, I've read that all body butters, soap, scrubs, etc must have a preservative in them. Is this true? If so should I add it to this product so I can sell it? Thanks so much! Angelina: If a formulation does not contain water it is not required to add a preservative.
The recipe for this has 3 Teaspoons of Tapioca Starch - Pure listed in the ingredients list. The directions state to stir in 3 Tablespoons of Tapioca Starch - Pure into the butter. Which measurement is correct? The finished product felt excessively greasy to me and I used the 3 Teaspoons, not the Tablespoons.: We apologize for the error, it should be 3 tablespoons.
