What is the country of origin where these are manufactured?: This product is manufactured in China.
These wouldn't happen to be polypropylene would they?: These bags are made of low density polyethylene (LDPE).
Is this food safe for dry products: Yes, this pouch is food safe.
How many ounces of dry ingredients will this hold?: We have a list on the Additional Information page of the amount of different products this bag can hold.
Is this suitable for sugar scrubs? Either the oil based or the emulsified ones?: I suppose it could work but I don't think it will look good or be satisfying. These are similar to zip close bags with a mason imprint design and cut out shape. Reaching into the bag to get a scrub out might be cumbersome. They would work better for solid sugar scrub cubes.
