Are these bottles BPA free?: Yes, these bottles are BPA free.
Will the 20/410 pump sprayer work on this bottle?: This bottle requires a 24/410 closure, unfortunately the 20/410 pump will be too small and will not fit.
Would this bottle work for mixing fragrance oils?: You would want to use glass bottles for mixing and storing fragrance oils. Plastic will blister and warp over time if storing fragrance oils in them.
Do i have to sanitize the bottles before using them?: That would be up to you. You can pour hot water into them or alcohol and let them completely dry.
