Smells nothing like Black Opium

"I have to start by saying that this is not a terrible fragrance, but it smells nothing like Black Opium. It is completely missing the sweetness and creaminess and powdery notes of Black Opium, and smells very overpoweringly of cinnamon and spice and pepper. Almost like a strong perfume mixed with cinnamon. I had high hopes but it just doesnt work"

I need a Black Rasberry Vanilla fragrance that is water based for a particular air purifier made by Rainbow vacuums. I have a plastic clear bottle that says Black Raspberry Vanilla Fragrance, from Soap Crafters from years ago. (it is empty) I love this fragrance, I need to know if it is oil based or water I would appreciate any help.
