Product Details

This 0.75 oz natural twist up tube is perfect for deodorants and lotion bars. The small size makes it easy to carry in a purse, car or travel bag! Dial up design and screw on top keeps product safe until ready for use!

Height: 3.5". Diameter: 1 1/2".
Suggested Shrink Band: 80 x 55.
Label Area: 1.43” tall x 5” around.

Filling temps (plus or minus 5 degrees):
125 degrees for a deodorant or lotion bar (product w/out alcohol) or 140 degrees for an antiperspirant

Filling with a solution that is too hot can warp the plastic & damage the mechanisms. Containers are not "water tight", so pouring too hot can also cause leaking (until the formulation solidifies). Compatibility testing is always recommended as well as twisting up and down prior to use to ensure that the tubes work properly. If the solution placed in them is too thick or pasty, the twist mechanism cannot freely move product up and down.

Directions:

Fill tube to top with melted product such as a lip balm recipe or lotion bar recipe. Allow to solidify then twist on cap. To use, twist off cap and twist the bottom up to bring product upwards.

"Great for Deodorant Samples"

COMMENTS: These are great for deodorant samples and lotion bars. They actually do hold over an ounce of product. I know different products weight different from one another. I weight my deodorant out before hand and these hold approximately 1.7 oz of weight. I was surprised I was able to fit that much in. I guess it depends on what you are using it for. Deodorant is dense due to the beeswax, baking soda and oils/butters that are used. I highly recommend these for deodorant samples or mini deodorants. They are perfect for traveling and camping.
