Staff Answer The label area height for this particular bottle is 3.75". Based on that information I do not believe these labels would work, however we do not have access to these labels so you would need to test the size on a bottle.

"I absolutely love this product!! However, I am having problems with them leaking while being shipped to customers. I put a pieces of tape on top of the pump down the sides to prevent the nozzle from moving, shrink wrap band, and seal it in a quart zip lock bag. Do you have any idea where I could find screw on lids for these? "

Staff Answer These bottles are made as a set so we do not offer any other tops that would fit this foamer bottle. You might want to ship your liquid soap in another bottle with a screw cap along with the foamer bottle. Once your customer receives the product, they can pour the mixture into the foamer bottle. This is another expense added to the cost of making the product, but you might purchase some surplus bottles to use just for this purpose.

Staff Answer There is not a video for this. The recommended shrink band, 102 x 102, is meant to go around the bottle area over the label. Due to the shape of the bottle and foamer top, there is no recommended shrink band for this product. If wanting to shrink the entire bottle and pump top, you might try the 6 x 11 shrink bag.

"Question: Can I use your liquid suspension soap in these foamer bottles? If so, is there a recipe? Or what ration dilution should I use?"

Staff Answer The recommended dilution is 1 part liquid soap to 3 parts water. You also need to mix the fragrance with the FO/EO modifier and add preservative to the water.

Staff Answer We do not have any specific labels for this product. The approximate labeling size of this bottle is 2" x 2" but it is a rounded bottle and we suggest testing your label on the physical product first.

Staff Answer The best fit for this would be the 102 x 102 shrink wrap band. Because this bottle and lid combination are not 'smooth' you may not get a perfect looking seal with a shrink wrap band.

"I added castile soap to these foamers (and bottles) purchased from here and they are not foaming... why? What can I do to get them to foam? It spits out the soap as it is... in it's regular form."

Staff Answer Most soap bases must be diluted at least 50/50 with water to be compatible with these foamer tops. The bottles also must not be filled to the very top. If the foaming chamber is completely covered then it will spit liquid soap out instead of dispensing thick foam. Please call customer service if you need any further assistance.

Staff Answer The bottom of the bottle, the widest part is 8.5" in circumference and 4.25" on one side. It starts narrowing about 1.25" from the base. We recommend purchasing a product prior to buying labels. This way you can figure out exactly how, and where you want your labels on the bottle.
