Q&A

I just received the pink lemonade flavor oil- It has a significant amount of white sediment/residue that doesn't seem to mix in... is this normal?: What you are seeing is a crystallization of one or more of the ingredients in the fragrance oil. That ingredient(s) has a higher freeze temperature than other components and will crystallize and separate during non-temp regulated transit. This tends to happen in colder weather and is perfectly normal, though scary looking! Thankfully, it's an easy fix. Simply put the bottle in a warm (not boiling) water bath and gently shake and/or swirl until the components combine again.
