Pink Marshmallow?

"Right out of the bottle I was hit with a mild vinegar scent but I made some roll-on perfume with FCO, jojoba oil, vit e and the fragrance oil. After a few weeks it was pretty awesome. But I do still smell this weirdness for the first few seconds and then it's gone. I am wondering if that is the Matcha and that is just what my nose senses. It's actually pretty amazing oil. If anyone else can see this review and maybe respond to that scent please enlighten me!"
