For jars, measure the base into a mixing container, then add up to 1% cosmetic fragrance or 0.33% essential oil and cosmetic color as desired. Mix thoroughly, fill jars, cap, and label. For bottles, warm the base gently in a Pyrex cup using low, intermittent microwave heat until pourable, then add fragrance or essential oil and color, mix well, and pour into bottles. Allow to cool to room temperature before capping and labeling.

Also I am so confused about what colors and fragrances I can use with this base ,so my products are FDA approved ? All the ingredients on our website, are approved for use in cosmetics, soap, etc. You can use any fragrance in a lotion base but you want to be sure to use the recommended amount for the lotion.
