- Could I add shea butter to this and for the amount the yields how much would you use if so?
- Yes, you can add shea butter. We recommend adding about 1-2%
- Why did you use vanilla stabilizer for melt and pour soap instead of using the vanilla stabilizer for washes and lotions?
- The Foaming Bath Whip is more of a soap product so that is why we used the MP Stabilizer. If you only have the stabilizer for lotions and washes, that should work also.
- My foaming bath whip seems to loose its firmness and doesnt appear so "whipped" even after 24 hours. What can I do to help it stay more firm?
- We do have a few suggestions listed under our Foaming Bath Whip directions: "If you are having trouble keeping Foaming Bath Whip whipped, try adding Bubble Wash Thickener and mix for 10-15 minutes. By adding Bubble Wash Thickener at about 2% to base, we have been able to successfully keep base voluminous and whipped." You can also add a small amount of melted MP soap to the whip before mixing. We recommend 2 oz. soap per 8 oz. of bath whip.
- Can I use this soap as shampoo?
- We have not heard of anyone using this as a shampoo. You would need to test this on your hair.
