Faded
"This mica really faded in color in my CP. I mixed two tones of it by putting a varying amount in the batter I split off and the colors pretty much ended up about the same. The darker batter didn't hold up and both tones were very light, which is surprising since I gelled the soap. I wanted a more medium blue and both shades were a light baby blue."
beautiful blue color
"I received this as a free sample and i absolutely loved it. This had a very nice blue in both my cold process soap and my bath bombs. I can't wait to order more."
Perfect ocean blue. . .
"I use this shade of blue for my bath fizzies & it's the perfect ocean blue shade. A little bit goes a long way."

"love the color of this mica. It does turn a bit gray when using in soap sometimes depending on the fragrance you use but once it hardens it turns back to a lovely blue"

"I have only used this mica in bath bombs. Once mixed with white bath bomb mixture, the final color is a light blue. It has a beautiful shimmer. I will order again."

Q&A
- I just noticed that your blue and green micas and nutones aren't for bath water use. I've been using them in my fizzies for a long time, with no problem that I've noticed. Should I stop, or am I misunderstanding the usage chart? I know the blue lake is fine for bath water, but what green would I use? Thanks! :)
- Oops...yellow and blue make green. LOL So is mixing yellow and blue lakes the only option I have for green bath bomb color (in a powder)?

- If the colors are not safe for Bath Water, they should not be used in bath fizzies. Unfortunately, there are very few green powders that are safe. The Martini Olive Green Mica Powder is the only green mica available. You can use the Stained Glass Forest Green Liquid coloring and also mix the yellow and blue lake powders.
- Since many of your micas are made using ultramarine blue, do they need UV Inhibitor to keep them from turning green in MP soap, or is the color locked in?
- There is no UV inhibitor in the mica powders.
