"Used this in lip balm at 2. 62% as the official WSP calculator stated I should. Used the balm and found my lips tingling so I double checked the calc and then check the IFRA doc. . . . . max use for lips is 0. 69%!!! Whole batch of lip balm in the garbage. This flavor oil at 0. 69% is not noticeable."
