Confusing instructions but a good kit

"The instructions for this lotion were pretty confusing as you are instructed to warm 64 oz of the lotion base, add the FO etc then pour back into the gallon just to shake. It became confusing because there is still base in the gallon jug that hasn't been warmed (64 oz isn't a gallon). I wasn't sure whether I was supposed to warm the remainder of the base? Leave it cold? I ended up making a huge mess but it worked out ok in the end. Just frustrating."

"Loved the smell and consistancy. Very moisturizing. My only problem was I only got 7 bottles instead of 8. Remeasured everything and still only 7. Hopefully next time it will come out right."

Hello, Can this lotion base be swapped out for a paraben free base? Not in the kit but if I buy the items separately.: Yes, you can swap out for a differt lotion base
Is this like a hand cream/lotion but for cuticles or is this a cuticle remover solution?: This is intended to soften cuticles. User should apply cream in a circular motion with very light pressure to the nail bed and cuticle.
I have a customer who can not eat, drink or use grapefruit or its essential oils. Is there another EO to achieve similar results?: You can substitute Sweet Orange or Tangerine EO, if desired.
