Smells nothing like watermelon

"I absolutely love sweet fruity smells and was excited about this watermelon scent. In soap, it does not smell like watermelon at all. It just smells sweet. Not bad, but only sweet. May do better in a lotion, but won't get again for soap. :("

is this phthalate free?: Yes the Bum Bum Fragrance oil is Phthalates free.
The scent is amazing, but I am finding that the product is not dispensing well enough through the rollerball to get a good application. I've tried using my thumb to roll it around as much as possible, upright as well as down in the application position; but it didn't help. Was there something I should have done with the rollerball prior to filling and putting the container together?: You do need to prep the roller balls a few times before they will roll freely. Simply roll them over your skin or a paper towel a few times and they should start to release product.
