Does this work easier than the Polysorbates? I can never get them to work I swear!

if you have a scent that turns cloudy, do you recommend heating the mixture slightly? or what do you suggest to get the mixture to clear and not be cloudy

I purchased the FO&EO Modifier to use in the Rinse Free Alcohol Cleansing Hand Wash. If I only want to make 16 oz at a time how do I figure out how much of the modifier to use and how much of the FO or EO to use to make only the 16 oz. The recipe has you using the entire gallon (I think)
