"Strong, Popular Year Round Fragrance"

COMMENTS: This is a favorite of customers year round. A lot of people consider this a Christmas-type fragrance, but I get requests for soap made with this fragrance all during the year. It's a very strong fragrance that holds up well in soap. It does accelerate a little in cold process soap. It also discolors to a dark brown in Cold and Hot Process Soaps. I usually reserve some of the "batter" before I incorporate the scent, so that I can swirl a separate color into the soap that won't be affected by this discoloration.

"Light, different fragrance"

"Frankincense Laundry Soap"

COMMENTS: I live in Fl. so can only do certain products. Had the idea of making laundry soap (using WSP's recipe and just tweaking a bit) for prayer cloths, altar cloths, etc. The fragrance is VERY good and strong. It didn't speed trace. I had no issues at all using it. I am anxiously awaiting my WSP shipment, scheduled to be delivered tomorrow, to finish this product. I have learned that letting the laundry soap 'cure' for a bit after it is completely made before using helps to hold the scent through drying the clothes which is what I was trying to accomplish.

"GREAT Frankincense Scent"

COMMENTS: FINALLY a great frankincense fragrance oil. The scent is more like frankincense resinoid and frankincense. Rich, but not too turpentiney.The closest to a true Frankincense that I have been able to find. Most of the frankincense scents out there are more like men's colognes than frankincense. Keep this one in stock, please!

"excellent fragrance!"

COMMENTS: I used this fragrance oil in both melt and pour and cold processed soaps. The scent is strong and stays for a long time! This is what frankincense is suppose to smell like. I bought some from another supplier and it was terrible. If your customers like this scent then they will absolutely love it and not be dissapointed with it. It sticks strong in cold processed soap. No soap discoloration at all. hurray.

"My Favorite"

COMMENTS: This is my favorite scent! I blend it with lavender or sandalwood. The high vanilla content does cause discoloration and browning, but doesn't affect the scent, so I just plan on any CP soap made with it being brown. It does speed up trace so I blend at very light trace and can still pour. It doesn't take a lot and the scent lasts.

WSP Response:

Thank you for your review! One suggestion regarding the discoloring, try our Crafter's Choice Vanilla Color Stabilizer - CP Soap (it is made for MP Soap and Lotions/Washes as well). In case you wanted to make a soap that doesn't turn brown. This fragrance has 6% vanilla content. The stabilizer prevents the vanilla in fragrance oils from turning lye based soap formulations brown. It will not prevent color changes due to ingredients other than vanilla. It works really well - we use it often.

"Reminds me of Frankincense and Myrrh"

COMMENTS: A strong, true, fabulous, frankincense blend. Don't get this confused with the smell of straight frankincense essential oil because it definitely is not that. Smells like a Frank and Myrrh blend and is very lovely. I don't immediately smell the cedarwood OOB, but it doesn't matter because it still smells wonderful. Used in CP soap at 1 oz per pound of oil (about 6%) and had very slight acceleration with immediate discoloration. I do expect it to totally discolor due to vanilla content. Workable and sets up very nicely. Just as fabulous in lotion. Great to use alone or as a blender. Highly recommend.

	"Spot-on scent"
COMMENTS: This is the best frankincense I've ever used. It behaved beautifully in my cold process soap, no ricing and no trace acceleration. Now that it's fully cured, the scent has not morphed at all, and it's strong and pleasant. This is another winner.
