good winter fragrance that isn't holiday limited

"I wanted a fragrance that would be wintery but not any specific holiday. This is like wintery vibes and hobby store meeting in the middle to make a wonderful winter scent. It fills the whole room with scent and it's not cloying or overpowering somehow. Very sweet but you can't pick out any specific notes of fruit or sandalwood. No discoloring or acceleration."

Trees without the Pine

"I hate the smell of pine. It's gross to me. But this. . . this I like and it satisfies my husbands love of pine and trees. Became a quick seller in cold process soap. Soaped wonderfully. Did an in the pot swirl with 2 different greens and topped with white. No discoloration noticed. Scent retention was good. Even a year later it still smells just as strong and then in use it gets even stronger. Just purchased a larger bottle for the holiday season."

"At first it was the name that attracted me for a real seasonal fragrance. I was delighted when it arrived, and my customers were equally delighted - some said it smelled like Christmas and others thought it felt like walking through a winter forest. "Maybe it was a combination of the spiced cranberry and frosted cranberries with this FO, but I had the fastest and HOTTEST acceleration I've ever experienced. But at least my soap smells incredible. I had a slight yellow discoloration, but nothing a little TD doesn't fix. Too bad it isn't very pretty because it got so thick and hot instantly. I'll just spruce it up with nice packaging."

I'm looking for a fragrance oil that resembles gin, would this be a close representation?
This fragrance does not smell like gin nor do we have anything that does. We do have bourbon scents but not gin.
