Can I use this mica powder to make paint for an acrylic pour?

We have not tested our products for making paint. We don't see why you couldn't, however, we recommend testing to ensure it is what you are looking for.

I used this Gingerbread Brown Mica for some wax melts. The color seems to be morphing into a grey colour. Is this not a stable mica for wax?

This will turn wax grey. You may want to look into using the Premium Liquid Colorant- Candle

I have used both this mica and Chocolate brown and have yet to get brown out of it in white melt and pour. I'm trying to make "cinnamon sticks" for a project and using clear gives me too much sparkle. When this is added to white, it turns grey. What is the best way to make brown soap? Would it be better to mix some of the clear base soap with white? I'm afraid to try after wasting almost 2 pounds of soap that is gray.

You can only achieve a true brown by mixing the mica with a clear soap base. Once you add white, you cannot get it dark enough. You could add a small amount of Matte Brown Oxide along with the Gingergread Mica if you do not want too much sparkle. The oxide will need to be mixed with a small amount of glycerin before adding to your soap base.
