Directions

On low heat, warm base to 120º F or until it becomes liquid. Add cosmetic grade fragrance and FDA approved color additive. Pour into container. Allow to return to room temperature and apply top. Label per FDA label requirements.

"I have always made my own lotion from scratch but this busy season it made sense to find a high quality substitute and after shopping around, WSP looked to have the finest. Q&A

Is there a way to verify whether or not this product is pasteurized at any point during the production process?: The goat milk used in this base is a powder. Pasteurization is a standard step before turning milk into powder.
Can you use fragrance oils with vanilla content if you use a vanilla stabilizer. What percent stabilizer per 16oz? Thanks: If your fragrance contains vanilla, you want to use a stabilizer to prevent your product from discoloring. The percentage used depends on the amount of vanilla in your fragrance. If it is under 10%, you use 2 parts FO to 1 part stabilizer. If the fragrance is 10% or higher, you would mix equal parts of fragrance/stabilizer.
Can this be used on hair?: You would certainly need to test this on your hair to see how it works.
Is this considered gulten free?: This lotion base is gluten-free.
What pump will I need to use for this: We do not carry a pump for this container. You would simply scoop out the product you want to use, then place the lid back on the bucket.
