Details

Use Montanov™ 68 at 1–5% and heat it with your oil phase to about 168°F. Add the heated water phase to the oil phase and blend with a stick blender until the emulsion forms, then switch to low-shear mixing to finish. Add heat-sensitive ingredients during the cool-down phase at around 104°F and test your final formula for stability.
