COMMENTS: This is a nice, but very mild scent. It does not smell like patchouli, which is a good thing. Although I don't have a great smeller, patchouli is one essential oil that makes me semi nauseas with one whiff. I only bought this because so many soapers say they love using patchouli as a base. I was curious. To my surprise, it's a nice mild, fairly unisex scent. I can't pick out any one scent, but I would say that I can imagine being in a leafy outdoor , where there might be flowers in the environment after a rain. This is perfectly behaved in CP, no acceleration (in a recipe with 46% lard) and absolutely no discoloration. This is an amazing value, pricewise.

COMMENTS: Wonderful fragrance, though I don't get "storm" from this, it's a beautiful scent. It does lean more floral to me, I though the patchouli would make it a little more earthy (or be stronger). Well balanced fragrance. performed well in cocosoy.

COMMENTS: I had a customer request a soap that smelled like mossy rocks and rain in the woods. He said the soap was exactly what he imagined! I sold so many bars it is now a bar I keep in stock and one of my personal favorites! A great earthy scent! FO soaps beautifully at low temps.

"VERY excited about this one..."
COMMENTS: This one is exciting to me, you can for sure smell the patchouli, but it has a beautiful fresh rain scent that really compliments it very well. I'm thinking using Indigo powder and black charcoal for this one... I'm SO excited!!

COMMENTS: I LOVE this scent in my CP soap.. I did experience some ricing immediately upon adding. However, it stick blended right back out. I did have to change my design because of the additional stick blending cause of increased trace, but nonetheless this fragrance smells so good I will just figure that into my next soap that uses this FO! Will continue to buy, in fact I will be buying a bigger bottle next time! Advantages: This smells so incredibly good! Scent retention is strong after cure. Disadvantages: Ricing, but again like I said it stick blends right out!

"I cannot say enough good ..."
COMMENTS: I cannot say enough good things about this scent. I expected an overly clean rain scent or dominant patchouli, but this is a perfect combination of clean and musky that had me in olfactory bliss. I used it in soy wax, it had a really good cold throw that filled up my entire kitchen while mixing (haven't tested the hot throw yet). This would make a fantastic cologne or soap too. If you're thinking about it, give it a shot. It may surprise you. I loved it so much I immediately ordered more. Advantages: Great cold throw in soy Disadvantages: None

COMMENTS: This is an awesome FO to use in CP. I experienced no acceleration or discoloration and ended up with some of the best swirls that I have ever made. The scent is fresh and clean with just a hint of the Patchouli. It is a very nice scent for men, but women like it too. Advantages: Works great in Cold Process Soap and smells wonderful. COMMENTS: I love Patchouli and the Patchouli Rain is really wonderful I was a little skeptical at first but I think I found a new love for this scent. It's wonderful. Earthy tones but yet very smooth and comforting. It's very pleasant, and I think this would be a very nice in a candle as well.

COMMENTS: Amazing, beautiful, earthy warm scent. I was buying an expensive men's body soap for my husband and we both LOVED the scent. Then they discontinued it. I was so disappointed. However 2 weeks later I found this free soap same in my box and it was the exact scent! So now I have a bottle and can't wait use it! Think "Egyptian musk" :) Advantages: Smells wonderful and comforting.

COMMENTS: I love this scent! I made a small batch of soap the first time I ordered this with a 2 oz bottle. Everyone wanted a bar! I have since ordered a 16 oz bottle and have made a 5 lb loaf of soap. It is still curing but I can't wait until it is ready! I have also made tarts with this and the scent throw is great! I think this is a unique scent. Definitely a keeper in my line! Advantages: Smells good

"No patchouli scent"
COMMENTS: It’s not a bad smell, but all I can smell is the Lily of the Valley scent with a mix of lemon. Zero patchouli in my opinion, but my customers love it! That’s all that matters to me, it’s pleasant but not for everyone.
