"Less peppermint of a scent than I have had from other companies"
"FRAGRANCE: Very good fall scent! It is very apple-y with a hint of the classic fall cinnamon and warmth. I want to eat it, it is like apple pie. ACCELERATION: Accelerated trace for sure. I soaped with my oils at 85F and my lye at about 90-95F. 2:1 lye water ratio. Blended to very thin trace and separated my colors (I did a dropswirl with 4 colors). I added the fragrance to each color while I was working with them to keep the acceleration manageable. My advice is: Once the fragrance is added, hand stir it in and expect to reach medium trace from a very light trace immediately. I was still able to achieve a decent drop swirl after using a stick to swirl the colors around internally. I was scooping some pretty heavy trace soap into the mold towards the end. You would probably get something closer to a camo soap if you did a multi color dropswirl without swirling with a stick due to the heavy trace. DISCOLORATION: I used titanium dioxide on my white part of the soap, not expecting any discoloration from the fragrance. When fragrance was added, the white immediately became sunflower yellow. After gel phase, white became white again. I will be buying this fragrance again, but probably won't be doing so many colors next time. If you did one color and poured your soap into the mold immediately after adding fragrance, you would have a really easy, good result."
"I didn't read the reviews before I purchased. There is absolutely no peppermint scent in this fragrance at all. I made liquid hand soap with this and all I smell is the chocolate. Sorry"
"Yummy! It has the perfect blend of mint and chocolate. I use this at winter time for Peppermint Bark soap and in the summer for Mint Chocolate Chip soap. Scent holds up well over time in both CP and MP. Cp: no acceleration or seizing or ricing. . . but I did use the CP Vanilla Color Stabilizer due to the vanilla content."
"I expected a different scent from the name, but was surprised with a fresh light mint blended with a caramel like scent. The more I worked with it, the more I like it. Behaved very well in CP soap. Contains vanilla, so soap turned a mod tan instantly."
"I bought this scent a little while back and I can't wait to use it this Christmas! It smells good and hopefully will be a crowd pleaser!"
"I was super excited to add this scent to my winter line but unfortunately I was just extremely disappointed. There is absolutely no peppermint smell, and it's overwhelming chocolate. I've even tried adding 50% peppermint and the other 50% this fragrance and still the chocolate and vanilla completely over power the peppermint. Just be warned!"
"This is one of our newer fragrances for coffee scrubs. A great yummy addition!"
"Smells Just Like Pepermint Bark. Great Seller For Christmas Scents!!"
