"I seem to always have issues with these not actually sealing/sticking to the jars/bottles. Do the aluminum ones work better? "

Staff Answer The aluminum seals work about the same as the regular seals. Be sure your bottles/jars are clean and free of any product. We recommend cleaning with rubbing alcohol. Let dry. Place the seal over the opening and place lid on. Leave for 24 hours before checking to see if sealed. We are sure you are following these steps, but we just wanted to clarify them for others using these seals.

"Can I use a 20 mm press and seal liner on a “hand sanitizer” container with an opening of 18 mm, 19 mm exterior threads? The inside of the cap does measure 20 mm. Thanks. -Bert & Bennett’s "

Staff Answer If you find your product dissolves the regular paper press & seal liner, we offer the aluminum ones which we find works better. You do, of course, need to test your product for compatibility with either liner.

Staff Answer That depends on the width of your jars opening. The 20mm in the name of this liner is the Diameter of the liner itself. If your jar opening is 20mm then this liner will work.

"Can this liner be used along with an orifice reducer?"

Staff Answer The orifice reducer typically site even if not above the neck of the bottle. Therefore I do not feel that the Press and Seal liner will be able to form a tight seal if used with the orifice reducers.

Staff Answer Our Press & Seal liners are made of Foam Polyethylene. They are NOT biodegradable.

Staff Answer Our 20 mm fits containers using a 20 mm top. Use this 20 mm liner if your container requires a 20/400, 20/410 or 20/415 top. The first number represents the diameter of the container opening and the second number represents the height of the container neck.

"Will these work with lids that already have a liner? I have lids with liners inside them but the liners don't stick to the rim of the bottle like a security seal. I would like to add the feeling of receiving a sealed item to my customers."

Yes this liner will work with lids that already have a liner in them. To use you would place the press and seal liner on your jar or bottle and apply pressure to seal. Then add your lid on top as your normally would.
