I tried the 16 oz, and promptly ordered 1 gallon

"I have a hard time finding body butters I like. One of the brands I love is no longer sold in the US, and even those I had problems with because they were often scented too strongly. I'm also staying away from parabens after finding out that a friend of mine is allergic to them (as in, immediate rash after touching anything with parabens). The brands I like are expensive, and I have to wait for sales to be able to buy, and then they keep going up in price each year, or they get discontinued. I love this body butter for so many reasons. I can use it unscented, or I can scent it lightly with my favorite scents. Works all over body, and especially good as a hand cream. This may well be my favorite base product from WSP. I just hope the product sticks around and the formulation doesn't change, because I really love this one. It's just about perfect. I gave my mom 4 oz, unscented, since that is her preference, gave my friend another 4 oz, and made a couple of jars for myself using about 1 to 1. 5 mL of scent each, which is just enough for me."

What's the length of this cutter and alo the wavy cutter
The straight soap cutter is 5.9375" x 4.75" (handle is 6.5" wide) and the wavy soap cutter is 7.25" x 4.625".
How tall is the blade itself? Would it cut a 3.5 inch tall soap without the handle crushing into it?
The height of the blade is 3.25" so might be slightly short to cut your 3.5" loaf.
Is this okay for the dishwasher?
Yes, it is. We would recommend placing this in the top rack of the dishwasher.
are there tips to cut even soap bars, I cannot consistently cut 1 inch bars and I have the miter box...help
When using the miter box it helps to apply pressure to the end of your soap loaf to ensure a straighter, more even slice.
