"Weird Pungent Smell"

COMMENTS: I only used 1ML combined with other fragrance oils in 5 lbs of powdered milk bath and whoa this one oil almost ruined the entire batch. Not like any white tea and ginger I’ve ever smelled before but definitely a strong weird smell once combined with the other oils and powders. Luckily, I recognized it as the culprit and was able to mask the smell with the other oils.

"Smells nice, but not like white tea or ginger"

COMMENTS: This smells more like a combination of white jasmine flowers and grass to me. I was expecting a spicy ginger scent, but I can't smell any of that here-this can easily be fixed with a few drops of ginger EO, so I'm not too bothered by it. I'm not sure anyone really knows what white tea really smells like (I just got this out of curiosity). If I were to describe it, it smells more like jasmine green tea to me.

"I just can't get tired of it!"

COMMENTS: It is not unusual for me to fall in love with a fragrance as I am making my selections for the line up for the new season and then to get really sick of it in only a month's time or so. Not with this very elegant and delightful fragrance. Memorable. Feminine. Perfect for all day and year round use. Please don't stop carrying this fragrance! BTW, Don't really know why it is named white tea. Who really even knows what that smells like?

COMMENTS: Bought this for a customer who requested it. I made cold process soap and will be making wax melts with it also. It did accelerate some but was workable. No ricing. I used a more fluid recipe, and next time, I will stir the fragrance oil in instead of stick blending it. Smells wonderful and the hanger swirl I was able to do quickly, came out beautifully!

COMMENTS: I have not smelled B&B's version of this, so I can't attest to how well of duplicate this FO is, but I WILL say that it is absolutely gorgeous! Gently feminine, spa-like & relaxing! Not overpoweringly floral, this FO smells authentically botanical & fresh! I was worried the ginger might be too strong, but every single note in this FO is present, complex, and not over-done. Not a single note outshines, the others, but is blended BEAUTIFULLY to create an aroma that is positively perfect & true to the description! This FO was an absolute pleasure to work with as well, as even in my fast-moving recipe it behaved on-point, with not the slightest bit of acceleration, ricing or discoloration! If you're on the fence about purchasing this FO, I guarantee you will not be disappointed!!

COMMENTS: I am not a fan of citrus but I can't fault this scent for my own personal preference. I really feel like this scent is going to be popular as it seems really well balanced. There isn't too much of one thing going on and there are many levels of scent. It is a very "bright" scent. It was so easy to work with....no A or D at all. "Sweet tea scent"

COMMENTS: This was a strong citrus OOB; I was initially worried about the scent but the scent changes dramatically with a six week cure. The citrus scent receded leaving a pleasant tea scent. The citrus scent remains leaving a bright sweet note, but the base scent is definitely tea. I would not describe that portion of the scent as "ginger" but it is pleasant nonetheless. Customers generally like it. There was absolutely no acceleration or discoloration with this FO. This is definitely a scent that got better with age.

COMMENTS: I just finished making a cp soap test batch using this fragrance oil. It's a 1 pound batch, so didn't require much fragrance. And yet my entire kitchen smells incredible - exactly like I am brewing loose leaf tea in a pot of water on the stovetop. This fragrance oil has a very true tea smell. I didn't notice any mention of this in the other reviews. I used to be a regular tea drinker, so maybe that is why I notice it so distinctly. I cannot wait to unmold this batch. Still in the learning stage of soapmaking, I started out committed to only essential oils. But when I couldn't get them to stick, I next went to EO/FO blends. Some of those did great, but others didn't stick, so this is my first foray into straight Fragrance Oils. I think I'm going to like them.

"Great Soap Scent!"

COMMENTS: I personally love this scent just as much as my customers do! It has beautifully balanced top and mid notes of citrus and tea. Between this wonderful aromatic blend and the sweet jasmine base I must say this is one of my favorite oriental smells. Not too spicey, not too sweet, and not too faint. Nag Champa is a good example of how balance can ruin beautiful scents and White Tea and Ginger is a good example of how balance can perfect a scent! I have added sweet orange essential oil to this fragrance with great results as well, with a bit more orange it reminds me of an orange blossom. A local favorite in central california. Once again WSP does not disappoint!

"Dupe of Bath and Body Works"

COMMENTS: This is a beautiful fragrance that smells (to me)just like the one from B&BW. It perfomed well in my CP soap; no acceleration, ricing or discoloration. I purchased this version after I ran out of a competitor's; and I can't say I'm dissapointed to try this instead of going back to my stand-by. The smell of this fragrance is much closer of what I think of for White Tea and Ginger. It has a crisp, bright scent that I feel will go well with other body products, such as perfumes and lotions.

COMMENTS: I have had this for a while didn't know how I wanted to use it. I made CP it soaped great no problems. It's not as strong as I thought it was going to be. It smells more like lemon, I can tell the ginger is there but to faint. It is a pleasing scent, might be better in a lotion. I'm sitting here smelling this soap scrap, the more I smell it the more I think it smells like Skin So Soft the lemon scent from Avon.

COMMENTS: A sniff from the bottle I wasn't too impressed with the scent. However I made a 2 lbs batch of CP soap and it smells amazing... I've always loved B&BW White Tea & Ginger. I'll be ordering more of this fragrance would make a great candle scent. No issues in the CP soap, made it with brewed ginger tea & some honey it came out a pretty cream/tan color just like the ginger root.

"Beautiful!"

COMMENTS: Amazing scent! This scent is very spa like and very complex. It has been very popular in my creams and salt bars. I stupidly ordered this for a cheaper price at another soap and candle company for quite a bit cheaper and was VERY disappointed in the scent, even though it got rave reviews there. Certainly not worth it to buy somewhere else for poor quality. This is a fantastic scent! No a or d but is a bit light so you might have to use more than usual. I use 1ppo, and up to 3% in my cream because it is pretty light. Scent doesn't seem to fade though.

COMMENTS: OH. MY. WORD. This is an INCREDIBLE spa-like fragrance that smells JUST LIKE the lobby at the Tampa Bay Grand Hyatt Hotel here in Florida! This brings back wonderful memories of summer luxury, and EVERYONE loves it. The fragrance is light and airy by design but still very much there in the soap. A feast for the discerning nose! I did a Peacock Swirl with this one, and I use an uncolored base with a colored, unscented top, so I don't have much info on trace. I don't think it accelerated, but I really can't say, as it was a quick pour with design fulfillment on the unscented part. I can say there was no discolor whatsoever, and that I will be buying this FO again and again, because IT. IS. DIVINE. Be warned: Out of the bottle it smells "meh," but once in the soap--VA VA VA VOOM!

COMMENTS: White Tea and Ginger is awesome. I used it in a small batch of cold processed soap and realized I should have bought a larger bottle. I am going to reorder now. It is a good unisex scent and would also be great in a lotion to go with my soaps. It did not seize or accelerate. No discoloration. Please keep this one.

COMMENTS: I really appreciate the scents that last and this one delivers! I have had so many complements on the fragrance. I used most for my soap and then used the rest to scent the lotion. This is a great summer fragrance. I have bought something like this from another company and the scent evaporated from the soap quickly. So far, this seems to not be the case with the WSP brand.
