This rinse-out hair conditioner contains Nettle Extract which helps soothe irritated skin and Honeyquat to help add shine to the hair. Step 1

To measuring cup, add hair conditioner base. Place in microwave and heat for 30 seconds. Stir.

Step 2

To beaker, add Nettle Extract, Honeyquat and fragrance oil. Slowly pour into conditioner baseblending in with a spatula.

Step 3

Fill each bottle to 8.15 oz. by weight.

Step 4

Trim dip tubes to fit bottle length and place on bottles.

Step 5

Label product accordingly.

To Use

To Use: Massage conditioner into hair after shampooing. Rinse with warm water.
