"First time trying to open (pop) the pump to use, I actually broke it in order to get it to pump, Then I finally figured out how to get it to work which is clever but it should work the way ALL pumps work (push down and twist). Look very closely on the white piece close to the actual cap cause there you will see where it says "open" and just turn it and to the left and it will open it then turn that same piece to the right and it will close it back, it is challenging at times to get it right"
