"I love the Ribbed top lids. Whether its the white ribbed top or the black ribbed tops. I purchased these white one for some special lotions that I make. The older customers love these because theydon't have to fight when twisting them off and they love the grip. Yes, I highly recommend purchase this. - Yes, the cap includes a foam F217 liner.
- what shrink wrap is for this cap
- This would really depend on the jar used with this lid. You would need to cover part of the jar along with the lid in order for the shrink band to be effective. If you choose a jar, the jar should have a recommended shrink band listed on the site.

- The inside measures approximately 2 1/8".
