Q&A

I found an unopened bottle that fell behind my shelf. It is 2 years old. Is it still good to use?: We only guarantee our flavor oils for one year from the ship date from our warehouse. You could try making a small test batch if you want to try it out.
How can you determine how much sucralose to sweeten the flavors?: You will need to follow the directions provided by the manufacturer of your sweetener. Normally, you will just need to add to desired level of sweetness.
Are your flavored Oils food grade?: Our flavor oils were not formulated to be used in food and cannot be considered food grade since we do not have a food grade facility.
Do you have a list of which flavors are gluten free: All our flavor oils are gluten free.
What is the shelf life on these natural flavor oils?: The natural oils have the same shelf life as the regular oils. They have Best Used By dates of one year from the purchase date but they can be used much longer than that. The top notes might not be quite as strong, but the fragrance is completely fine to use.
