"Hello! Hope you're doing well during this pandemic/quarantine life. I'm a newbie and this will be my first formulation of any kind outside of baking and pastry arts. My question is, I want to use both FO and EO. How do I do that? Do I decrease the amount of the carrier oils since my FO+EO will amount to at least 5% of the formulation? Thank you! Keep safe!"
