"I am so in love with this product. All bottles have been packed and sold and my home still smells as if they were just made. This is an easy product to make. I bought shrink wrap for the bottle to make customers feel safe about tampering of any sort. The shrink wrap is near invisible and did not take away from the beauty of the bottle. I do encourage you to buy extra salt. To fill all 12 bottles, each would be slightly more than half full. I cannot justify giving a little amount and still make a profit. I added an extra 1-1/2 pounds of salt and had eleven adequately filled and one only 1/4 of the way full. I will definitely buy this kit again."

Great cream!

"The ingredients were great, though I substituted Almond oil for the olive oil. For Donna from California, I'm sorry it didn't work for you. Maybe you temperatures weren't warm enough. I always make sure my oil phase is a little hotter than the water phase, both between 120 to 135 F, and have my stick blender on low in the oil while I add the water, and keep mixing for about 4 minutes early. After that I switched to slow hand mixer with the mixture in a cold water bath, and it came together wonderfully. I kept stirring occasionally for a while ( couple hours) before putting in containers. I used a little less than the fragrance, but I loved the feel of the cream."

LOVE this!

"This whipped up to be a souffl'-like consistency and has a nice light scent. This has been a brutally cold winter and my skin showed it. I use this right after a shower, and my skin has never been better. It got rid of all the red dots I get on my calves in the winter."

Awesome Kit

"First attempt at making ""From Scratch"" Body Souffle and it was not only FUN, but I am now addicted and want to make MORE. The directions that came with this kit were easy to follow. I LOVE the FO Champagne Kisses and had to order a bigger bottle to expand my product line with this fragrance! I just wish I could use this recipe, but change the FO to match the rest of my product lines!!! The product is Rich, Creamy, absorbs well into the skin without making you feel ""Slick"" or ""Sticky""! If you've ever wanted to venture into making a Souffle/Lotion from scratch - this is the perfect kit to do so with!"

Can I use Slick Fix - Oil Locking Powder instead of Isopropyl Myristate for this recipe?: We have not tested using IPM instead of Slick Fix.
Can I substitute the cranberry butter blend for anything else? Or just leave it out?: You can substitute it for any of our butter blends, or a very soft butter.
Can I substitute the preservative for leucidal sf and AMTicide?: Yes, you can make this substitution.
Can I use Water Soluble PF as the preservative?: Yes you can!
Hello, can I use Optiphen Plus instead of the preservative used in this recipe? If not, is there another preservative I can use that is formaldehyde and paraben free? Thank you!!: Preserving with parabens is the best way to keep any nasties from growing in the lotion. You can choose another water-soluble lotion but we would recommend having it challenge tested.
