Add ChemThix DOE at 0.5–3% once your product has reached its final temperature, incorporating it in small increments and blending thoroughly before checking thickness. Repeat additions as needed until the desired viscosity is reached; gently warming the thickener can make it easier to use. Because essential oils, fragrance oils, and some preservatives can thin formulas, add ChemThix DOE afterward to restore thickness.

exactly what was missing from my body wash!

"this WSP blend that i used in formulation of my body wash rather than just peg-120 was exactly what i had been needing. i had tried to thicken the thick luminous creamy body wash with other thickeners but kept running into issues with separation or premature foaming. this thickened and supported the stabilization of my surfactant system. only downside was it took quite a bit of it to gt the desired viscosity i was looking for thus 4/5. thanks WSP!"

"WSP is one of the only suppliers to offer this! And I don't know why! The reason I absolutely love this thickener/emulsifier is that it can thicken a too-thin lotion/cream quickly and easily at the very end of the formulation. It's my ""go-to"" fixer. Just a touch can fix a lotion/cream that turned out a bit too thin. A little goes a long way. Easily adds viscosity. It's also a great co-emulsifier to prevent an emulsified product from separating. But! It's important to remember to stir or shake it well before using it!"

"I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly it thickened my shower gel and laundry soap. However, I had to be cautious as I accidentally added too much, resulting in excessive thickness. Thankfully, I remedied it by adding a fragrance oil known for thinning products, achieving the perfect viscosity. Interestingly, one of the bottles seemed easier to pour, almost as if it had been heated, while the other remained unchanged despite consistent room temperature."
