Allow the soap to cool completely before unmolding, then wrap it in airtight plastic wrap to preserve freshness. Melted soap is hot and should be used with caution; recommended for ages 15 and older.

Too soft

"This is a beautiful clear soap and appears to lather well but it's waaaay too soft to use in traditional soap molds. It has to be used in silicon molds and even then, wrapping the soap dents the design. I've never bought a soap base this soft. I had to put my traditional soap molds in the freezer to get the soap out, and then the molds became brittle and some broke. I find it very irresponsible that this wasn't mentioned in the product description."

Great Soap - Low Sweat

"I have tried several soaps that say they are low sweat, but being from the humid south, I usually prove them wrong. I have had the least amount of sweating issues with this soap. I get a little, but I don't think it's possible to completely avoid some sweat when you live in an area where you can cut the air! Holds scent well. Un molds well. It has some shrinkage, but I actually think that adds to the beauty of the bars I make."

Love this Low Sweat and Detergent Free Soap

"Just love this base. I live in a Very Hot and Humid Climate and this base does just what it claims! No Sweating! Ive tried & been disappointed by many bases and this one performs perfect in my area weather. When left unwrapped, it does 'cure' and shrinks a teeny-tiny bit, just as cold process soap. Has a nice creamy lather with small to medium bubbles. Holds scent and color well. I DO use a color stabilizer. I cant say enough good things about it."

I see the INCI list, but is there also an ingredients list that I'm missing?: The INCI is the ingredients list.
Is this soap base low sweat? Will it get glycerin dew if you don't wrap it really tightly in plastic wrap? Thank you.: You would need to wrap this soap tightly in plastic wrap to avoid glycerin dew.
The featured ingredients for this soap base include “sustainable palm.” However, I don't see palm oil in the ingredients list. Is this soap base palm-free? Or is the glycerin or another ingredient in the base palm-derived? Can I market a finished product made with this soap base as palm-free? Thank you in advance.: You are correct, some ingredients in this formula are derived from palm. It cannot be marketed as palm free.
If we wanted to add additional oils/butters, what percentage would you recommend?: Our melt & pour bases can hold up to 6% additives.
