- Could you add more beeswax and replace the Mango butter with hemp butter to make a similar bar? And can you replace beeswax with the candilla wax?
- You would need to test these changes to the recipe. Beeswax is much thicker than cnadelilla wax and has a higher melting point, so you'll want to test in a small batch to find a suitable substitution ratio.
- If I wanted to add in cbd isolate to this, how much would I need to put in?
- We recommend adding up to 2%.
- Is this considered all natural. If not, what causes it to not be?
- This lotion bar contains a fragrance oil which is not a natural product, even though it does contain essential oils. You can leave this out or use one of our natural fragrances or an essential oil in its place.
- Does this set up similar to a solid lotion bar? How soft is the consistence?
- This is a solid lotion but poured into a container for easy application. It is soft enough so it can be applied to the skin but hard enough to be solid in the tube. As with any type of lotion bar, very warm climates can soften and/or melt the product.
- Is this a sun screen?
- This product should not be used as a sunscreen. It is simply a lotion bar used to moisturize the skin.
