Directions

Gently heat the base in a microwave-safe container on low power in short intervals, stirring until fully liquefied. Avoid overheating. Stir in desired flavor oil (1–2%). Add mica powder and sweetener if using, ensuring all ingredients are well blended. Carefully pour the mixture into clean, sanitized lip balm containers while still liquid.

"I bought this looking for a product my grand kids who are severely irritated by almost every commercial product. IT""S AWESOME!We use it on faces, chapped lips, windburned cheeks and cracked cuticles! I will never be without this product on hand! My granddaughters ( 11 & 12 yrs. ) fill lip tubes and pass it out as gifts. We also put it in small containers to use on cheeks and dry skin. WE LOVE IT! Advantages: Easy on lips and skin. I added Lanolin at 2% into one for personal use and it's absolutely amazing. I would like to know where that would be listed in the ingredients list for selling the customized lip balm: You can list lanolin immediately after the last lip balm base ingredient. How many tubs does the 4oz ingredients make. Also do you just melt the ingredients down I did not see instructions on how to use this base.: It depends on the size of the lip balm tubes that you are using, You can remove the base from the tub and add it to a microwave safe bowl and melt it in 30 second bursts until base is fully melted.
I can't find the Shea Butter version if this lip balm base, do you not sell thus anymore?: We sell the Shea & Jojoba Lip Balm Base.
Can this lip base be put in pots too?: Yes, this base can be packaged in pots. You can always add a bit more fixed oil like jojoba or castor oil to soften the base further if you'd like.
