Q&A

How do you work them? Is there a demo video somewhere. I am confused how you just put stuff in and it will magically rise to the top when you pump it: Fill the bottle with your product and allow to cool if heated. Leave approximately a half inch of room at the top of the bottle for the pump to fit. Attach pump top to the bottle by pushing the bottom into the bottle and it will click into place. When ready to use, remove the cap and little plug and start pumping the pump top until the product dispenses. Please contact customer service at 1-800-359-0944 if you need any further assistance.
Can this bottle with the airless pump top be reused (personal refill bottle)?: The top can carefully be removed and the bottle refilled if using for personal use. We do not recommend refilling and reselling.
Are these bottles able to be used for clay masks or thicker face washes: You would need to test any product that is put into these bottles for compatibility but both products should work well in this bottle.
Hello, could You please tell me which shrink wrap goes with these bottles?: The 80 x 55 will fit around the bottle and shrink the area where the top and bottom go together. If you want a band that will shrink more of the top and bottom area, the 102 x 102 would work for that.
