Product Details

Finally, a true red! We think this cosmetic colorant is our truest red. This color is as red as a firetruck and is great for Christmas Time and Americana soaps. NuTone Red is safe to use in soap, general cosmetics, lip products and more!

The pictured lotus blossom is clear melt and pour soap colored at a rate of 1 tsp. per pound of soap. Color will appear pastel and less vibrant in white melt and pour soap bases.

"Pink"

COMMENTS: This is a lovely color. It is definitely not red. I put mare than I normally put in, and even heavily saturated it was pink. A pretty pink, but still pink. I was looking for a nice vibrant red.

	"Red that doesn't bleed in MP"
COMMENTS: I have been looking for a true red for my MP soaps. Red is always so tricky with bleeding and I finally found one that won't bleed next to yellow and other lighter colors. Still you use red sparingly next to lighter colors but this one actually looks red and not kind of red.

"Nice color but not really Red"

COMMENTS: This is a nice color somewhere between a pink and red. I used it for melt and pour soaps and in bath bombs. It was a nice variation for Valentines Day but if looking for a real red this is not the one.
