Is this product considered natural for cosmetics usage?
Hello, this product is not considered natural.
In terms of pigment power (I'm thinking for cosmetics, not soap) would these be more like a mica (which don't pack a lot of color punch) or an oxide or a dye?
These are very similar to mica powders.
Is this safe for use in mineral eye makeup?
Yes, all NuTone colors are safe for eye makeup.
Can this be used in body butter?
Yes, this can be blended into a body butter.
Do NuTone colorants migrate in melt & pour soaps?
