Terrible experience

"I added this FO at a light trace. I mixed it in with a spatula saw ricing then when I stopped mixing to lift the container to pour the soap out it was thicker than pudding and had to scrap it out from container to mold. It seized up so fast. I had poured out half into three pitchers to color then add the FO, same thing happened but this time I had to use my gloves hands to remove the batter as it was solid. Six pounds of oils gone to waste in this soap, ruined by this FO. I am very upset at this outcome. I have never had this wild experience before."
