"I love this kit! I bought it 50% off during a sale. I found the instructions very easy to follow. The end product is a generous portion and gorgeous. Smells FANTASTIC. The texture is wonderful and no heavy residue is left behind. I'd really love to see WSP include labels with their kits. The only negative I can think of is that there are odds and ends left over at the end, but I can try to find uses for those in other projects."

Very disappointed

"I was excited while making this sugar scrub. Everything went very well. In one week nice tangerine color started to fade especially from the top, leaving white sugary coat on the top. Unfortunately I will not be able to give it as a gift to my friends. So upsetting."

Very Moisturizing & Smells Amazing

"I love this sugar scrub. The scent is amazing and it leaves your skin moisturized. The containers were also really professional looking. My only complaint? The sugar that was included was a bunch of hard huge lumps. I had to spend quite a bit of time putting through a sieve then hammering the large rocks to a size that my processor could pulverize to make it usable. Since this isn't the normal quality of Wholesale supplies I assume it got moisture in it before sealing, I live in Utah and its dry and the bag was sealed well. I was able to use it and the kit was a lot of fun and the product was great."

Could I substitute Optiphen as the preservative?: Yes, you can make this substitution.
Can I substitute the preservative for leucidal sf and AMTicide?: Yes, you can make this substitution.
Can I change out the apricot oil to grapeseed oil or safflower oil and the preservative to leucidal complete?: Yes, you can change out the oil for either of those. We do not carry leucidal complete so you would have to test this on your own.
What is the shelf life?: The shelf life would be one year from date of production. It is best to keep extra jars in cool area away from direct sunlight or bright lights. Storing in a bathroom is fine when product is being used.
Hi. Can you substitute another butter for the sal butter in this recipe? I have so many butters already... Thanks!: Yes, you can use another butter such as shea, mango, etc. for the sal butter.
