This product conforms to the reporting requirements of California Proposition 65 (Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986). We are conforming to the regulation by reporting the existence, or lack thereof, of ingredients deemed reportable by the above mentioned regulations via a Safety Data Sheet (SDS), in Section 15 "Regulatory Information." Ingredients from Natural Food Sources (NFS) and are exempt from reporting in accordance with Title 27, § 25501(a).
Directions:
Measure out your base. Add up to 30% fragrance* directly to the base - no modifier needed.
Fill bottles with perfume mixture. Please allow time for the alcohol note to macerate (soften and waste away) - this may take anywhere from 1-3 days. Industry standard for commercial perfumes is 30 days. You can use this base at 5% in your vegetable oil based perfumes to add a cooling effect and aid in evaporation.
*Amount of fragrance allowed varies. Please check the IFRA Certificate (Category 4) to ensure safety.
